E+J

When I first met E & J, it was clear that they were made for one another with the way they made each other smile and laugh with a glance or gesture. I was very happy that they had chosen me to be a part of their special day, capturing all of their best moments through the lens of a camera.

While the gentlemen dressed in their finest black suits with an accent of a bright blue vest and bowtie and grabbed drinks to share with one another, the bride was getting ready for her first appearance in her gown with her bridesmaids. The gown, a mermaid styled dress with beaded accents and a ruffled bottom suited the bride and her playfulness perfectly. Her bridesmaids wore the same bright blue that the men wore, with bright yellow necklaces to match their summertime bouquets that featured yellow and white flowers, baby’s breath and greenery.

The weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony, and after the bride and groom saw one another for the first time, it was off to the ceremony location. Set amongst an arbour of twisted branches and large, accenting flowers, the couple shared their vows and then their first kiss as husband and wife as friends and family happily looked on.

We had time for more photos afterwards, the bride taking time to pose with her beautiful bridesmaids and the groom with his groomsmen. We got a couple of group shots before the couple decided to take a stroll in the park, sharing with one another tales of the day so far before heading to the reception where they danced the night away and caught up with their friends and family. They cut cake and had cupcakes for every guest, and at the end of the evening, walked through a tunnel of sparklers, lighting the couples way as they left the reception.

Congratulations!
